Having been a neat nail nibbler myself, any nails were better than mine.
In 1982 I completed my license with the State Board Of Cosmetology in Los Angeles and started my nail journey, how to create the longest lasting, best looking natural nails? I didn’t discover how to do this properly until 1988 when I came to London and finally found the product which gave me everything I wanted….CND.

In 1991 I won my first nail competition in the U.K. – the Nail Classic. I have continued to take part in competitions because I feel that this helps to refine one’s skills.  In 2003 one of my favourite accolades was to win the British Nail Technician Of  The Year at the Beauty & Spa Awards.

I have continued to work with CND throughout my career and with their help I always keep up to date with developments in the industry. You can never stop learning and moving forward – training is key.

My real passion and motivation are my clients and students. I like to create something natural but with an individual touch and show others how to do it too……..for that you need quality products and excellent training, that’s why I am very proud to be part of the CND family.

In my private life I enjoy a varied selection of activities from riding my motor bike to painting and singing!

Musically I enjoy anything from rock to classical with everything in between.

My current reading favourites are Harry Potter and New Moon, and my favourite place to go is skiing in Flaine, France.

My motto in life is “There are no problems only challenges” and I try and keep this at the forefront of mind as some situations are more challenging than others!
