How to use
Turn bottle upside down and roll between palms of hands to blend. Layer of CND™ Sticky™ Base Coat to clean, manicured nails, followed by two thin layers of nail polish, one layer of AIR DRY™FAST-SET TOP COAT Top Tip Clean nails with SCRUBFRESH™ Nail Surface Cleanser prior to applying Stickey™ Base Coat for maximum nail polish adhesion.
