As the exclusive KUPA service centre in the UK, our technicians are based in-house at Sweet Squared to keep your KUPA handpiece operating as brand-new. We suggest an annual service to extend the longevity of the device and prevent more costly repair bills in the future.
KUPA Handpiece Annual Service £74.95*
Our recommended annual services for your handpiece includes a full strip down and clean, with all serviceable parts being replaced with genuine KUPA items.
The Flat Rate Service includes collection and return, from your home or salon, using DPD and takes approximately 5 working days.
Please Note – If your device is not working and out of warranty then you can still book a flat rate service and we will endeavour to repair it and you will need to pay for any damaged components not included as serviceable items. We will advise you of the cost before commencing any work.
*Any parts that are required outside of the service would be chargeable.
