HOW TO USE

Step 1 Base: Apply Base Coat 1X & Dry To Touch

Step 2 Color: Apply Glow Rave Color 2X & Dry To Touch

Step 3 Top Coat: Apply With Top Coat 1X & Dry To Touch

Step 4 Glow!: Activate The Glow By Charging Your Nails Under A Bright Light For At Least 30 Seconds, Then Shut Off All The Lights To See Them Glow In The Dark!
