Welcome to the first in our series of Nimue 'Salon Spotlight' blog posts. This blog features a Q&A with Clare Anne at Clare Ann Beauty who shares some valuable insights into how she has executed our latest campaign 'Challenge 10'.
Challenge 10 is an incentive for Nimue Salons where tools, education and support is provided to help participating salons target and convert 10 new clients into the brand.
Q: How have you chosen to implement the initiative in your salon?
A: “I chose to bundle three aspects of a client journey together for this campaign, demonstrating the importance of all components. 1) Consultations, 2) Homecare and 3) Professional Treatments. I then gave it a catchy name to help with my marketing and communication strategy – “The power of 3”.
Q: How have you communicated this with your customers?
A: “To launch this campaign, I have used a variety of communication methods. I have a business whatsapp group with approximately 180 clients in the group. I post on my whatsapp status as well as posting my campaign messaging on my social channels with various content. I created a new display in salon specifically for the campaign and have had it as the main topic of conversation in each treatment. I have created some social assets to share on my feed which reminds my clients that it is still available to them so long as i keep posting. Finally, I have also sent out an email campaign to my customers.
Q: What impact/results have you seen so far?
A: In my first week of launching the new campaign, I have onboarded 3 new clients already.
Q: What is your follow up strategy and how do you plan on continuing their journey with Nimue?
A: I have created a 4-week check in and consult service. This is something that I have now made more official and regimented with all my nimue journey’s. As all of our organisation’s continually strives to innovate and adapt to the ever-changing business landscape, this new initiative promises to be a game-changer.
