CND Brisa Beginners Education

COURSE OVERVIEW:

CND™ is the nail industry’s most innovative and trusted brand which has led the way in professional nail care for over 40 years.

This iconic nail brand researches, develops, formulates and tests all of their products in a state-of-the-art research and development facility in the USA.

CND™ BRISA is an advanced keratin-bonding, cross linking UV gel system used for creating durable nail enhancements. It builds strong, yet lightweight and natural-looking enhancements. It's flexible, odorless and easily workable for sculpting on forms, tips or as an overlay on natural nails

The theory element of this course will be delivered via modules on our online platform, Academy2, allowing you learn from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Once your online modules and assessments are completed, practical sessions will be available to book with your nearest CND™ educator who is there to help, support and build your confidence.

This certified course is essential for complete beginners, however qualified professionals are welcome to attend if ‘back to basics’ training is required/preferred.

The online requirement for this course is 10hrs (suggested) and there are two practical sessions which are 5hrs then 4.5hrs. You are required to complete 4 Case Studies in your own time which are submitted for feedback.

You will gain relevant Knowledge & Understanding of the complete CND™ BRISA™ system, Anatomy and Physiology of the nail, health and safety and be well equipped with tips and tricks to provide beautiful, durable enhancements.

IN CLASS:

All kits (if purchased) will be available on your training day. You will complete CND™ BRISA™ applications, Rebalance and removal with the encouragement and support of your CND™ Educator.

WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?:

This course is essential for complete beginners, no previous experience is required, however qualified nail professionals are welcome attend if ‘back to basics’ training is required/preferred.
You must be 16+ years of age to access this course. All models attending a practical session must also be 16+ years of age.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE PRACTICAL SESSION(S):

For this course you will attend two training sessions with the same model.

For each session please arrange:

• A model on session 1 with natural nails free from product.
• A model on session 2 with CND™ BRISA™ Application from Session 1. If you are unable to bring back the same model, please discuss with your educator directly for an alternate solution.
• Discuss all contraindications/pre & post care with the models to ensure they are suitable for the treatments.
