No, epres™ Bond Repair Treatment will not counteract the effects of other bond-building products. However, we always recommend you test before mixing multiple products.

WHEN SHOULD I USE EPRES™?
Any time the hair is in need of deep repair! Not only can our formula be used on all hair types, it also can be used across all services. Whether it’s bleach, straightening, blowouts, perms, detangling, relaxers, or other in-salon treatments, our formula’s molecular construct lends itself to great flexibility and performance.

CAN EPRES™ BE USED ON HAIR EXTENSIONS OR WIGS?
Yes. Be sure to avoid any areas with tape or glue to prevent loosening the adhesive.

DOES EPRES™ WORK ON ALL HAIR TYPES?
Yes! Straight, curly, coiled, wavy or textured – we’re here to repair all hair types.

CAN I USE IT ON HAIR THAT HAS BEEN TREATED WITH HENNA?
Yes, you can.

WHY DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALCOHOL?
Great question! Not all alcohols are created equal. Rest assured, the alcohol in our formula is designed to stabilise and optimise performance.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE PREGNANT OR NURSING?
We recommend consulting with your doctor before adding any new products to your routine while pregnant or nursing.

DOES THIS PRODUCT HELP WITH HAIR LOSS/SHEDDING?
Our bond repair treatment is not intended for hair loss but it definitely helps to improve the bonds of the hair, making it stronger and enhancing its overall health.

WILL THE PROFESSIONAL BOND TREATMENT CHANGE MY COLOUR FORMULAS?
No. Within the hair colouring process, our molecular technology repairs the hair with no change in development time and no dilution to the desired color effect. The results are consistent and predictable. 

WHAT IF I USE COLOUR THAT ALREADY HAS BONDER INSIDE?
Testing shows that epres™ Professional Bond Repair works great with these formulas, and delivers a significant difference in the health of the hair—much more so than just using colour with bonder inside. 

CAN I USE HEAT WITH THE PROFESSIONAL BOND TREATMENT?
Yes, but as with any heat used in processing, it will speed up the time — so keep that in mind during use.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE HOME KIT?
We recommend using epres™ Bond Repair Treatment 1-2 times per week to restore stronger, shinier, healthier hair, then weekly to maintain results.

IS THERE ANY BENEFIT TO LEAVING THE HOME PRODUCT IN FOR LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES?
While the majority of results are seen after 10 minutes, the longer the better - and yes, you can sleep in it!

MY SPRAY BOTTLE HAS RUN OUT. DO I NEED TO ORDER ANOTHER KIT?
No! For future product purchases, you only need to buy the epres™ Bond Repair Concentrate refiils.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY EMPTY CONCENTRATE BOTTLES?
Recycle! We chose glass for its recyclability. Plus, every time a refill is used, it keeps one large plastic spray bottle from eventually entering the waste stream.

MY CONCENTRATE VIALS CONTAIN WHITE PARTICLES, IS IT OKAY TO USE?
Rest assured, what you are seeing in your treatment vial can happen on rare occasions and will disperse fine once mixed with water. It is totally fine to use and will not affect the product's performance in any way.

HOW LONG DOES EPRES™ LAST ONCE MIXED?
epres™ can be stored and used for future applications up to 2 months once mixed in the shaker bottle.
