Sweet Squared will become the exclusive distributor for John Paul Mitchell Systems in the UK from 1st of January 2026 with a staggered roll out of new education, events and initiatives to follow.

Paul Mitchell products will be available for you to purchase on sweetsquared.com from the 1st January once your Sweet Squared account is activated.

Getting registered as soon as possible with Sweet Squared will ensure no disruption to supply, plus receive a welcome gift when we launch and Sweet Heart loyalty points.

1. Follow this link, ensure you insert your website or social media details to speed up the process.

2. Tick ‘Existing Paul Mitchell Customer’ on the ‘interested in’ page.

3. Opt-in to marketing to receive important updates on your account set up and to benefit from our Sweet Hearts reward scheme.

Following successful registration, we will e-mail you with updates regarding the launch.

You will be supported by a dedicated field-based Partnership Manager who will be in touch following the transition on the 1st of January.

Sweet Squared offer multiple payment options including (but not limited to) direct debit, PayPal and credit card. Following successful account registration you may contact our CX (Customer Experience) team or your Partnership Manager (after 1st of January) to customise your account configuration.

Sweet Squared will not be in possession of your order history. Please refer to the previous distributor regarding any education or product issues purchased from them.

Our intention is to maintain current market pricing, a full price list will be made available following launch on the 1st of January.

Any rewards points accrued form the previous distributor will not carry over to Sweet Squared and will remain with that distributor, however we offer our own rewards programme called Sweet Hearts.
