We have now also taken our multi-award winning education online so you can study at a time and place that suits you. Our theory modules are available 24/7, giving you the freedom and flexibility needed to excel on your learning journey and to take back control.

How do I register for a course?

To attend any of our courses, you must be a registered Sweet Squared customer. You can create a Sweet Squared account by clicking here or select "Create an Account" at the top right-hand corner of our website. If you are a new customer registering, it will take up to 15 minutes for your account to be verified so you can access the courses.

To view all of our courses, click here. Select the course you would like to enrol on, add the course to your basket and proceed to payment. Once you have completed checkout, you will then be sent an email with a link to access your course so you can get started right away or at a time that suits you.

For the best user and learning experience, we advise to sign into Academy2 using a laptop or tablet.

Why won't it let me purchase a course?

If you are experiencing restrictions when trying to purchase a course, then you can request to access the course and a member of our customer service team will get in touch with you. You can then send in your certificates and proof of qualifications for verification.

How much do courses cost?

The cost of each course varies. To view the cost for each of our courses, visit our Academy2 courses page here and select the course you would like to attend. You will then be able to view all information on the course, including the cost.

How do I receive my qualification?

Once you have completed your course, you can download your certificate upon completion. The restrictions will then be lifted from your account and you will now be able to access and purchase the relevant products, relating to your new qualification.

To register for our masterclasses, visit our online masterclass calendar and select "View Webinar" on the masterclass you would like to attend. You will then be directed to the event page where you can register. 

Once you have registered for your masterclass, you will receive an email confirming your place, along with all the information about the masterclass and a link to join for when it's is ready to start. You will also receive a reminder nearer to the time of the masterclass.

Are online masterclasses free?

Yes, our online masterclasses are free to attend and you can join as many as you wish. Please note that some of our masterclasses may be for qualified Pros only.

I can't attend the masterclass, can I watch it back?

Don't worry if you are unable to attend a masterclass, just make sure you are registered for that online masterclass. Registered guests will receive a recording of the masterclass once it has finished, for you to watch back at anytime.
